Custom Built Homes

We are currently constructing custom homes in four different subdivisions in Monett, Aurora and Mt. Vernon. These homes range from 1300 – 3500 square feet.  We currently have one home in Ridgemont Meadows that is move-in ready and two others under construction.  We have six lots in Little Prairie; each one is close to three acres, located off the south side of Business HWY 60 in Monett. The restrictions for homes built in this area are; at least 1900 sq. ft. and no farm animals. These homes will have brick exteriors and maybe stone, with three car garages. We are currently building a spec home on Lot 5 that will be available for purchase.  This is a 2-story house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, separate dining room, walk-in closets, fireplace, great room and a three car garage.

We are currently building homes in a subdivision in Mount Vernon called “Fox Haven”. There are nine lots to choose from in this wooded area, some with trees. On these lots we can build homes with a walk-out basement. We are in the process of building a spec home on Lot 13.  They are located within the city limits and will have city utilities, but have the feel of rural life.

In the Aurora area, we have nine lots close to Pate School, and we have built houses on four of them. These are smaller homes starting at 1300 sq. ft. They all will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus many other features. We have sold four of our lots and have started construction on two other spec houses.  Buying early allows the family to pick out much of the interior design.  These are going quickly, so pick your lot while it is still available.
