In the Monett area we have all brick duplexes/quadplexes for rent, some brand new. Our upper level duplexes/quadplexes on Bond and Glen Street with garages rent for $600.00, with a deposit of $600.00. They have a one car garage, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The lower level units without a garage rent for $550.00, with a $550.00 deposit. All unit layouts are the same with appox 1,000 sq.ft. of living space.

We also have brick duplexes that have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. Appliances include: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The rent is $750.00 with a deposit of $750.00. These are 1,250 sq. ft., side by side duplexes with the garages dividing the living areas.

Also available are our four bedroom/three bath units with basement. With appox 2,000 sq. ft., the main floor includes the same as mentioned above with the basement containing a fourth bedroom, third bathroom, family room, safe room and lots of storage. The rent will be $950.00 with a deposit of $950.00. These duplexes are located behind Ramey's on Woodland Ridge.

If you're not interested in a duplex, we have homes for rent on Woodland Ridge. They are appox 1,300-1,400 sq ft with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. Appliances include: stove, dishwasher and microwave. The rent is $850.00 with a deposit of $850.00.

Our office maintains the rental property yards. The units are cable ready and we will allow satellite dishes upon request. Units are all electric with central heating and air conditioning. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00. Those interested need to call or come by our office. Ask for Deidera to fill out a tenant application. Once references have been checked, we can proceed with the Lease Agreement.
